phmaya bet Terms and Conditions – Rules That Govern Your Account and All Bets

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member" or "you") and phmaya bet ("the Company," "we," "us"), the operator of the online betting platform accessible at phmayabet.net. By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any wager on phmaya bet, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the phmaya bet platform, including but not limited to sports betting (football, basketball, and other covered events), casino games (Baccarat, Bingo, Tongits), and any promotional or bonus offers. Any use of the platform after an update to these Terms constitutes continued acceptance of the revised version.

If you are accessing phmaya bet on behalf of another person or using shared payment methods not registered in your own name, you remain personally responsible for compliance with these Terms. The Company accepts no liability arising from use of the platform by a third party with or without your knowledge.

2Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on phmaya bet, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or 21 years of age where applicable under local gaming regulations). We take age verification seriously and reserve the right to request government-issued identification at any time.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during all betting activity. Access from restricted jurisdictions is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances derived from restricted access.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other person or entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of phmaya bet or its affiliated entities.
• You must not be self-excluded or otherwise restricted from gambling by any applicable regulatory body or by a prior phmaya bet self-exclusion agreement.
• You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to any financial sanctions under Philippine law or international regulations.

3Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one account on phmaya bet. Duplicate accounts are a serious breach of these Terms. If you discover that you have inadvertently created a second account, you must notify us immediately at support@phmayabet.net so the duplicate can be closed. Winnings earned through a duplicate account are subject to forfeiture.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any detail changes.

• Your username and password are personal to you. Do not share account credentials with anyone under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account whether or not you authorised it, except where we have been negligent.
• phmaya bet reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any stage. We may request a valid government-issued ID (PhilSys, UMID, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of address before processing withdrawals.
• Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phmaya bet are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ₱100. There is no maximum single deposit, but large deposits may trigger enhanced due diligence under anti-money laundering regulations.
• Accepted deposit methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account restriction pending investigation.
• phmaya bet does not charge fees for deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200. Maximum single withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, as a fraud prevention measure.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of KYC verification. You are advised to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal request to avoid delays.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in Section 6 of these Terms.

5Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on phmaya bet across all sports and gaming products. Sport-specific and product-specific supplemental rules are available in the Rules section of each respective product lobby on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed on the bet slip. You may not cancel or amend a bet after confirmation except where the platform provides an explicit cash-out or bet edit function and you elect to use it before settlement.
• Minimum single bet: ₱20. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event, and account tier and are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement.
• Odds displayed at the time you tap to confirm are the odds at which your bet will be recorded, subject to the Accept Odds settings in your account preferences.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds (a clearly incorrect price that no reasonable bettor would consider genuine), phmaya bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This determination is made solely by the Company and is final.
• phmaya bet reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its discretion, including restricting maximum stake amounts on specific markets or for specific accounts, without being required to provide a reason.
• Bets placed using arbitrage strategies, matched betting techniques, or other methods designed to exploit pricing errors or promotional offers in a systematic way are prohibited and may result in stake refunds, winnings forfeiture, and account closure.
• phmaya bet does not accept bets on events in which the bettor has any direct or indirect influence over the outcome, including but not limited to sports events involving the bettor or their associates.

6Bonuses and Promotions

phmaya bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In case of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the wagering requirement) before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly on the Promotions page.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new members only and are limited to one per household, device, IP address, or payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times is treated as duplicate account abuse.
• Bonus funds are ring-fenced in your bonus balance and applied to qualifying wagers before real-money funds unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited in Philippine Pesos and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• phmaya bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses already credited will be honoured under the terms active at the time of crediting unless fraud or abuse is suspected.
• Wagers placed on low-margin or excluded markets (such as certain Asian Handicap lines) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward bonus wagering requirements. Refer to the specific promotion page for excluded markets.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute serious breaches of these Terms. Detection of prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds from illegal sources or using phmaya bet to transfer or disguise the proceeds of crime.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any game or event, or sharing information with other players to gain an unfair advantage in real-money games.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology that interacts with the platform in a way not intended for human users.
• Attempting to access the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phmaya bet staff or other members through any communication channel.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process.

8Privacy and Data Use

phmaya bet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

• We use your data to verify your identity, process transactions, administer your account, comply with regulatory requirements, and improve the platform.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required by law.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Requests should be submitted to support@phmayabet.net.

9Account Suspension and Closure

phmaya bet may suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory body.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• At your own request, in accordance with our account closure procedure.

Where an account is closed due to breach of Terms, any balance that cannot be demonstrated to consist entirely of the member's own verified deposits may be forfeited. Where closure is for non-breach reasons (e.g. self-exclusion or voluntary closure), any valid real-money balance will be returned via the member's registered payment method after applicable checks.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, phmaya bet's liability to any member is limited to the total amount wagered by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

• phmaya bet does not guarantee uninterrupted platform access. Scheduled maintenance windows and unscheduled downtime may occur and will not give rise to any liability for betting losses or missed opportunities.
• In the event of a technical fault during a live bet, any affected bets will be settled based on the result recorded in the official data feed at the time of the fault or voided at the Company's discretion.
• Sports betting and casino gaming involve financial risk. The Company accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through gambling activity on this platform beyond the obligations set out in these Terms.

11Responsible Gaming

phmaya bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all members. We provide a range of tools to help you manage your play, all accessible from your account settings dashboard:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) – restrict the amount you can add to your account within a chosen period.
• Loss limits – cap the amount you can lose within a defined timeframe.
• Session time limits – set a maximum session duration after which you will be logged out.
• Cool-off periods – temporarily suspend your account for a chosen duration (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion – permanently close your account for a minimum period of 6 months with no possibility of re-opening during that time.

12Changes to These Terms

phmaya bet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via email to their registered address and/or through a notice displayed prominently on the platform. The effective date of any revision will be clearly stated at the top of this page.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of a revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a material change, you may close your account before the revision takes effect without penalty, and any uninvested real-money balance will be returned to you.

13Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, members are encouraged to contact phmaya bet support at support@phmayabet.net to attempt informal resolution. We aim to respond to all formal complaints within five business days and to resolve substantive disputes within 30 calendar days of receiving complete information from the member.
